Bill help us come up with a great marketing plan which resulted in an amazing level of interest online, for appointments and during open houses. We ended up receiving multiple offers within several days and a sales price that exceeded all expectations. Fantastic results!

Bill Jordan is extraordinary. I have never purchased a home and had no idea what I was doing. He was very patient with all of my questions. He took the time to get to know me and my preferences. He spoke to me honestly about prices, properties and, well, pretty much everything. By the time I bought this home, I felt like he was my buddy that had my back. It was an extremely positive experience!!!!

Bill was on top of everything and he kept me updated on everything.

When house hunting, we were hit with a snow storm. Instead of rescheduling, Bill was kind and picked me up in his snow capable vehicle and we looked at a few houses.

Bill is always great to work with! He was quick to respond, showed me homes all over the place without hesitation. He took what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect home for myself and my kids. When the buyers walked, he was quick to reach out and put in a new offer since he knew that’s the home I wanted. Couldn’t recommend his services more!! Thank you so much!!

We worked with Bill Jordan in the buying of our home. We had been recommended to him by family and had been looking at houses with him on and off for ~ 2 years. At first we weren't seeing anything we liked because of our price point. But Bill was always patient with us and helped to show us a variety of houses until we learned more about what we actually wanted. We took a break for a few months on the house search, but when we had collected our savings more and had a better game plan, we let Bill know and right away we had a number of houses to look at.

At first when we found what now is our home, none of us were certain we would like it! But Bill encouraged us to take a look anyways, just to see. And we're so happy he did! We walked in and I immediately knew that we wanted to put an offer on this house.
