Brent Tipton

Brent started his real estate career in Nashville, where he was born and raised. He spent most of his time with Sotheby's International Realty which helped him make connections with investors, second time home buyers, and well established clients. Brent also took a strong interest in advanced internet marketing, learning how to target market and write SEO for high ranking web pages for search engines. Also, due to a high number of Tennesseans wanting to purchase winter homes, Brent decided to become an active Realtor in Florida and service the Tampa/Sarasota Areas. Some significant sales in Brent's portfolio include land and lot deals valued at millions of dollars. Single family home sales include estates, luxury homes in excess of 10,000 square feet, and portfolio sales in which hedge fund investors purchased dozens of homes from him. Also, Brent enjoyed a relationship with Wells Fargo Wholesale in which he listed numerous foreclosed properties and sold them all in record time.
