We thoroughly enjoyed working with Bryan. Getting a three-family homestead ready to go to market is crazy stressful in the best of circumstances, but Bryan’s calm and competent demeanor greatly reduced both our stress and our “crazy”! AND he aced the negotiation phase so that we actually went from “list” to “closed” in less than a month! Recommend his services without reservation!

Bryan's knowledge of current market trends in our area was critical in selling our home within a planned time frame. We'll never forgot what Bryan said the first time we met noted "I work for you, you are my employer."

Bryan was able to put together a market analysis of home sales in our neighborhood and forecasted a date of sale for our home within days. The flyer presentation of our home was professionally packaged and presented to potential buyers. Our home sold within a week of open house! Brian was definitely willing to go above and beyond to make sure we found the home we were looking for. He was always available to answer any questions and addressed all our concerns! He definitely had his work cut out for him with our family of six - but we couldn't be happier with the service he provided and the home he helped us find!
