Bryce helped me buy my first condo, and even though my price range was probably lower than most clients, I felt I got the attention I needed. Ended up landing a condo in the super competitive Oakland market, and I owe it to Bryce for helping me and advising me through the process; for example he told me to write a letter to the homeowner and that ended up being the difference between me and the other person with an equal offer. I recommend Bryce to anyone serious about buying a home.

We contacted Bryce through Zillow a few years back when first looking for a home in the Walnut Creek/Pleasant Hill area. We couldn't find anything that worked for us at the time, but when we reached out to Bryce again recently to give it another try, he remembered us immediately. Bryce is always very responsive and on the very few occasions he didn't know an answer to one of our questions he was always able to find the answer within a few hours at most. He was patient with us as well in that regard, since we hadn't purchased a home previously, and had many questions to ask! I would recommend Bryce as an agent for anyone looking to buy in the East bay area. We can't speak for his knowledge of markets outside of the Walnut Creek/Pleasant Hill/Concord areas, but he was very helpful for we needed!

Bryce went beyond expectations while helping a first-time buyer look for houses. He was patient and honest while looking at properties that ranged from fixer-uppers, to condos, to single family homes. His knowledge about what it takes to get a house move-in ready and his ability to visualize the potential of a foreclosure helped make my goals realistic about what I was able to afford. Eventually, I fell in love with a house that was slightly out of my price-range and Bryce's great negotiation skills and suggestions got the house to a price that was right on the money (pun intended). Through a 50-day escrow, Bryce worked closely with me and my loan officer to walk me through the process and provided support throughout the numerous ups and downs. What could have been an extremely overwhelming process was made better by Bryce's constant patience and humor. He is knowledgable about the entire East Bay and I would recommend him to anybody looking to buy or sell their home.

am a first time home buyer. My girlfriend and I were very unfamiliar with the home buying process. Bryce came out and showed us a home before we had a real estate agent and he was very polite, personable, and knowledgeable. The most important thing we found about Bryce was that while we was frank about the market conditions (lots of competition for buyers), he would not push you to make an offer that you weren't comfortable with. We must have seen 15-20 houses with Bryce and he was always quick to respond, he would let us pick homes that we wanted to see and he also would bring information for listings for other homes. If we changed our minds about seeing other homes, he was always upbeat and would recognize the respective concerns or issues we had with those houses. Bryce made the buying process easy and he was always able to be reached easily through phone or email. He simply was the best.
