Exceeded our expectation. Chad recently supported us in relocating from Washington State to California. He provided very valuable guidance and expertise that enabled our homebuying process completely remotely and turned this experience to a truly pleasant and smooth process. A skillset that is hard to find even with local agents. Our original target was San Diego but we later decided for Temecula. He was able to quickly reprioritize and set new targets. Chad assisted us in visiting homes in Temecula, despite living in San Diego, and providing us with walk-through Video with details to review and decide. Chad was awesome! We had a great experience working with Chad. He was recommended to us by our best friends. Chad was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and always available. We started searching for a home shortly after Covid. The market exploded and we had to stop searching for awhile due to so much competition. Chad never gave up on us. He checked in periodically until we were ready to start our search again. Fast forward over a year and a half later Chad was ready at a moments notice. He was expeditious in getting us any information or insight we needed for properties that popped up in the market. Sometimes we would veer off track due to limited inventory. I remember wanting to see a property (in our price range) that only had 1 bathroom… All he had to say was, “are you sure you’re ok with just 1 bathroom”? Unmatched Realtor. Our experience with Chad was unbelievable. Throughout the flux in the market and interest rates, Chad worked with my wife and I through the pandemic, seamlessly coordinating with listing agents during the challenges that the pandemic brought. The best in northeast SD! My family moved down to San Diego back in 2018 and we weren’t sure how long we’d stay. We fell in love with SD and were ready to start the buying process in 2023. After doing research on agents in the NE SD area (Poway, RB, PQ), I met with Chad for coffee to discuss our plans and all things real estate.
