After our previously referred agent had to back out due to personal issues the day before our trip to look at houses, Chris and (his wife/fellow realtor) Bonita stepped up to the plate and got things done quickly. My husband had interviews all week so my son and I packed our house hunting into those 4 days with Chris and Bonita. My wife and I have owned many homes in the past 57 years. This move was a long distance move and Chris spent two whole days showing us houses. He also was there for the home inspection and then for when we had an HVAC tech come to check out the system for a potential problem. He met with us a third time during due diligence so we could do measurements, etc. He even crawled under the crawl space to check something for us. Chris helped us through a tough negotiation, set us up with a lawyer for closing. He is VERY responsive to text, phone and email. We were very comfortable working with him.
