I received my Real Estate license more than a year ago and went through several months of training through my broker afterwards. This year I hit the ground running with a mentor who helped walk me through several different types of transactions. I have a sales volume of close to a million dollars. And that was while working a full-time job and only doing real estate part-time. I have since quit my full-time job in order to pursue real estate full-time. I work with buyers and sellers. I have sold houses from 120k-340k. I have worked with clients on mobile homes and land purchases. In the short amount of time, I have done a lot. I am now on the path to becoming a mentor for eXp Realty. I am also a member of the Government Affairs Committee for the Greater Harrisburg Area Association of Realtors. For clients who are not able to receive financing due to bad credit, I am able to help them find a home regardless of their situation.
