David was personable, easy to talk to like a friends he understood how I commmunicated and reciprocated his response. This made our relationship that much closer. Being able to talk to your realtor like a friend even though it's all business, it makes a real difference how, if you don't like a property, you can say no much easier.
David was on point with going out of his way to meet us at a property even with his family in tow, gave us the highlights and the faults of the property. My opinion my David is well above par, he made the extra effort to get us our home. Thank you just doesn't cover my gratitude.

The entire Cardenas Team has been extremely patient and understanding with my needs; I.e. my comfort level when showing my property, working around my time schedule and my availability.

We were referred to David through the VA. He had such great customer service he made the home-buying experience super easy. Me and my wife are expecting in October and he helped us find a house for our new family.

David was super patient with my disabilities and health problems, and went above and beyond in making sure I was taken care of. When we had some serious problems with the seller's agent and the escrow they chose, David made things work the way they were supposed to. I can't recommend him enough.

David Cardenas was outstanding to work with during our process of buying our first home. My finance and I had gone through many different places and nothing seemed to be good enough. Eventually, we found one and after starting the process we backed out. It seemed we would never find the right place. David continued to be patient and stick with us. He would always reach out to me to see what he could do to help and always looked out for our best interest. I can't thank him enough for helping us to finally find the perfect place.

David is the best realtor anyone could ask for! He knew our needs, and he was willing to go out his way to make things possible for us. I've bragged how good he is to our friends, and told them to ask for his number when theyre thinking of buying a home because they wouldnt be disappointed.

Walk the walk..
If you are looking for an agent duo that will not only say they have your best interest in mind but will walk the preverbial "walk", then David and Angela of Century21 Award are your first choice. As a person whom is very versed in the world of real estate and lending, I rarely come across a team like these two. From working until the job is done or making sure your personal needs are met within the purchase of a home, these two exceed the standard, and are in fact in a league of their own. I would, and will recommend David, Angela and their team any day of the week. Their knowledge and experience in not only real estate but in lending and the mortgage world give them a "head up" on the competition.

David called me after he got my info from trulia website at time I was dissatisfied with my realtor so I took chance half heartedly but best decision ! The whole house buying process gruesome he made it better. He treated my family like friend and very honest man
