Sophia Koob was our agent in the purchase of our new home. We had a list of homes to see and when we were done we passed an open house sign which Sophia made the decision for us to stop and see. I'm so happy she did because when we left about two or three houses up the road was a home with a "Coming Soon" sign in the front yard. We fell in love with the home instantly just from the outside alone. We continued on the road to get back home and about 15 minutes had passed when Sophia decided to make the decision to turn around and drive back to the house to take a photo of the " Coming Soon" sign. Within minutes she was on the phone with the listing agent of the home and was able to pull some strings and get us in to view the home the very next morning!

Later that night we were able to submit an offer and the very next day it was accepted! Not only was Sophia able to get our offer accepted on a home that hadn't even officially hit the market, she also was able to get all of our closing cost paid for by the seller's which totaled $13,000, as well as getting our full deposit back - $500. Which the $500 from the deposit was all we ended up paying out of pocket to get into our new home using our VA loan.

We are now growing our family in our new Dream Home and couldn't be any happier and appreciative. Sophia was SUPER knowledgeable of the VA loan and had the best bubbly personality. It was like looking at homes with a best friend!

The David Cardenas team at Century 21 Award was excellent from the beginning to the end.

Being a first time home buyer can be overwhelming, but David Cardenas and his team made my experience an effortless one. David Cardenas & Co. answered all of my questions and concerns throughout the process with much patience and professionalism. Where do I even begin? Probably Cabo, 1993.. but that’s another point entirely. Working with David and Angela has always been the greatest experience you could expect. From making us feel at ease about selling our first home, to appropriately marketing and getting multiple offers, David and Angela are truly rock stars. I would recommend them to any of my family and friends, and you should too!

David as always went above and beyond of what was expected of him. He had us purchase our home, then sell it while helping us purchase another. He did all of this while I was away for work and my wife was balancing her full time job. He made the process easy and comfortable for us throughout. I never once felt stressed, David carried the lions share of any responsibility of the transaction which left my wife and I able to focus on the fun parts of moving into a new home. I can not give David and his team a high enough recommendation, because they would just exceed that too!

Moving is always stressful! Trying to find a home in a certain time frame is even more stressful. We cant thank David enough for everything he has done to help us find and purchase the home of our dreams! He was always available to answer our calls or concerns day or night! Everything was done in a timely manner and he always made sure everyone was informed and on the same page from start to finish! We would highly recommend David Cardenas! Knew the area and loan requirements.

My husband and I had very specific requirements and parameters within which we wanted to find our home. We wanted an agent who would be considerate of our needs. David was patient and understanding and sincerely wanted us to find the right home. He never pressured us or made us feel rushed towards making a decision. I would highly recommend David to a friend or family member looking for a smooth home buying experience and a trustworthy realtor.

David Cardenas was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me purchase the home he's always communicate with me in a timely manner. Since I live out of town he spent a large amount of time gather information and communicate by video, texts and emails to help me explore the property. He is personable, very patient and I would definitely use him again and recommend him to my friends and family

Cardenas & Co were so wonderful to work with. Our situation was a very tricky one but they made it super easy. They really listened to what we needed. Plus i was 8 months pregnant husband constantly out to sea. Man are they wonderful!!! Thank you Cardenas & CO
