David helped me buy my home in 2016, so naturally he was the only choice I could think of when it was time to sell. From the moment I reached out with the idea of selling my house, he took the time to explain selling process including tips and tricks for me to do in order to get top dollar. From that point on he would check in with me to see how I was doing with getting the house ready which was great and kept me on track. From the moment I signed the papers he told me exactly what to expect (and even managed to get my house on the listing service 2 days sooner than he expected). Once the house went live, he kept me informed of all updates such as showings, open houses and even provided me feedback from the people who viewed the home. After 2 days of the house going live for sale, he contacted me to go through the multiple offers and explained the pros and cons of each one and helped me to make the best choice. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor to help me through the sale of my 1st home.

When I was looking into buying a new home I called David to look into my options. David spent time listening to me to figure out where and what I was looking for. He answered all my questions and helped put me in touch with the right people to get pre qualified for a loan. He never pushed me, just said when your ready I'll send you some listing to review. When I was ready we began looking at listings online. He scheduled multiple walk throughs and made the morning fun. Again, he listened and watched me to help pick the right property. When I found the one I fell in love with he began to go over everything regarding an offer and next steps. He just advised, never pushed me. From there he made the process so easy! Prompt communication, always checking in to see if I have any questions or concerns. All I can say it was the best experience I ever had buying a house. He never pushed to make a sale. Just wanted me to find the right home. He treated me like family, always positive and happy. You cant beat David's experience, knowledge and professionalism. I am so grateful for him! His follow through on lending, insurance and other necessary home buying elements was very good. He is very knowledgable of the market trends and local neighborhoods. I have had several realtor dealings in my lifetime and David Dorman of the Orlando area Florida, was by far on the top of the list to work for me. I am out of state and each time I called him even for a minor situation he answered. Every call, yes even on weekends. He gets an A-1 from me.
