All of the above. David Dorman is the gold standard in his profession. I was in a unique situation and the outcome could not have been more favorable for me. If not for David and his knowlegde of the market, sales processes, legal issues and business risk, as well as his industry contacts this deal woud not have happened. I believe 'but for' David Dorman's involvement as the broker on this deal, the outcome would not have been as good with anyone else. If owned a real estate brokerage firm there is no one I could hire better than David Dorman to lead it.

David and his team are very professional and understanding the needs we had for selling our property. He kept us up to date on viewings and any feedback we received about our property. He was always accessible even on his vacation.

It's apparently obvious that David is a realtor with knowledgeable experience and an innate sense of customer satisfaction. He is approachable and easy to work with, especially as a first time home buyer David was there to help us navigate all of the paperwork but more importantly he was there to help us through the emotional journey that is the home buying process.

I simply cannot recommend David Dorman enough! We selected him based on his track record of sales in our part of town, but also based on the previous testimonials we had read about him. Throughout the entire experience, David was polite, professional and accessible. He kept us informed throughout every step of the process and would answer any questions that we had.

Even though we knew the house would sell quickly, he didn't take any shortcuts when it came to marketing the home. His photographer took amazing pictures that really showcased the home and the amount of written detail in the listing was astounding. When offers came in, he explained each one in detail and gave his expert opinion on what steps we should take next. We trusted his advice and let him guide us through the process. It only took two days before we were under contract and 30 days to close. Everything went as smooth as possible!
