David is a native-born Houstonian who relocated to Austin after graduating from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in geology. While working for Enverus, a tech company that supports the oil and gas industry, he made his first investment in local real estate in 2015. He has bought and sold numerous properties over the years, and in 2021, he made the decision to focus on his real estate business full-time.

David is a member of the Violet Crown Sports Association cycling club, where he recently served as treasurer. He and his wife, Martha, a UT pharmacy graduate, enjoy hiking and the outdoors. They are active in the Greyhound Adoption League of Texas rescue organization and share their home with Chuck, Flora, and the occasional foster pup.

David’s passion for real estate and attention to detail benefit both buyers and sellers.
