Denise was awesome to work with. This was our first home purchase and she was an excellent resource to go to for information and I felt that she had our best interest at hand. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family. We hope to work with her in the future.

Denise was a godsend. She got us into a house before it hit the market, allowed us to negotiate without competitors, submitted an offer and then this is where she differs from every other agent we have dealt with from 3 previous houses in two states, she stuck with us all the way to the finish line! I mean, email, phone call, trips to the house and retrival of my wife's sweater that she left while getting measurements of the house (spoiler, denise got us in so we could start the reno planning early). Local trades people, Denise knows them and has ideas. Schools? Denise has feedback and first hand knowledge. It really was one of our better decisions and we can't recommend Denise highly enough.

Denise was so helpful in all that we needed to do in order to put the house on the market. She told us a price and got it.

At first my wife and I were looking for country properties before deciding on a nice one inside the city limits. Denise listened to what we wanted and only presented properties that fit our requirements. Once we changed our minds due to the lack of good properties that fit our requirements she again did the same and helped us find a house that fit our specifications.
