Denise Lucchesi was awesome in every way.
We decided to have Denise as our listing agent for several reasons after interviewing other agents and here is why. What most appealed to us was her enthusiasm with our property. At first my wife and I were looking for country properties before deciding on a nice one inside the city limits. Denise listened to what we wanted and only presented properties that fit our requirements. Once we changed our minds due to the lack of good properties that fit our requirements she again did the same and helped us find a house that fit our specifications. Denise Lucchesi was awesome. It didn't matter when I sent an email--she was always there with a reply. She knows the local market, helped us price correctly, and we sold our house quickly. She helped and was a PRO in all aspects of the sale and her office did a great job. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to sell a home or property.
