Denise Lucchesi was awesome. It didn't matter when I sent an email--she was always there with a reply. She knows the local market, helped us price correctly, and we sold our house quickly. She helped and was a PRO in all aspects of the sale and her office did a great job. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to sell a home or property.

Denise Lucchesi came highly recommended by a family member who has worked with her many times. True to their promise, she was knowledgeable, patient, and creative. She listened to what I was looking for but helped me look outside of what I thought would work. After much searching, a few disappointments, and a lot of reassurance that I would find "the right place," I will finally being moving into my first home. Denise was fabulous! She listened to my needs and concerns. Any issues that arose she handled like a champ! She is a great communicator and has all the people skills one hopes to encounter when working closely on an endeavor as important as selling your home. I couldn't have asked for a better agent.

As I stated earlier, Denise is absolutely top notch. Knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate, caring, patient, and not pushy (VERY important to us). This is the second property she has sold for us. Each one was a very different situation, but she handled each with great expertise so that they both closed without a hitch.

Denise is a first rate professional realtor. I have had dealings with many realtors over the years and I would rate her #1. In all my dealings with her, I have never experienced any suggestions or actions from her that would slant things in her interest. I ALWAYS felt she was working for me. We have had several transactions together and some of them were very complex. Denise went overboard to help me work out these complexities. Denise takes an interest in each transaction and frequently offers excellent advice and suggestions. She is very hardworking, efficient and competent.

Denise has sold 3 other properties for us.

A few times we dealt with Denise's assistant Jennifer and she was wonderful as well!
