Diego Sandoval Sandoval

I’m Diego Sandoval, a licensed California real estate broker and mortgage loan originator serving Los Angeles County, the San Gabriel Valley, and surrounding Southern California communities. My background in real estate, mortgage lending, construction, and property development allows me to help clients view transactions from multiple perspectives.

I work with buyers, sellers, investors, and homeowners, including first-time buyers, move-up buyers, and clients with more complex financing or property situations. I’m experienced with Conventional, FHA, VA, DSCR, HELOC, and other financing options, and I understand how financing strategy can directly affect a real estate transaction.

My construction and development experience also gives me additional insight when evaluating properties, renovations, ADUs, investment opportunities, and potential value-add projects.
