At the end of 2016 my wife and I were looking for a 4-plex as a rental in Arlington. 4-plexs are hard to find but Roy found one which was in our price range ($75K / door) which made financial sense. We worked through the purchase with Roy which went quite smooth.

Laurie, set the number for our unit and never wavered from the number. We received a full price offer the first week. Due to no fault of Laurie, the buyer or seller, the deal fell through. We had tons of showings over the holiday months and finally we received a full price offer and closing is Monday, April 3rd. Laurie is a real pro and we would not hesitate to use her on the buying or selling end. Top notch.....
