Gary was excellent in every possible way. Any issues we had with closing, and we had many as this was a complicated sale, were handled quickly and professionally.

He was readily available for us to ask and answer the multitude of questions we continually faced along the way. Gary went above and beyond to make the sell happen.

Every time we found a house we were interested in he ever effort to see if it was worth the time to look at. Very easy to work with. He understood the loan type we had got and found all the right houses. Gary would always answer a text message even at 930 at night.

Not only is Gary Musgrove a good friend of ours, he is also well versed in his profession. We would highly recommend him to anyone. Just be looking for those weekly lists, lol.

I found a home on Redfin that I was interested in looking at and Gary Musgrove was the listing agent. I called him and he offered to be my buyers agent. He make a fantastic first impression! He is great at listening to what a buyer wants in a house, and was very prompt in responses to my inquiries on homes I wanted to see. The market is so crazy right now, and I only had to make one offer on one home. Gary knows what he's doing! I feel quite lucky that I found him; while other buyers are making offer upon offer on multiple homes, I only had to go through that process once thanks to Gary's expertise.

I've recently bought and sold several dwellings'. And thus, I met a lot of realtors. I realize that there are very good realtors and those that don't really know what it takes to buy or sell a home.

Gary truly is by far the best realtor I have ever met. He knows exactly what it takes in today's market (the knowledge) to buy and sell at the best price. He is always just a phone call away which is so reassuring during such a potentially stressful time.

Gary was referred to us by a family member who had met him at another one of his showings. We had considered FSBO and possibly another realtor. After meeting with him it was a no brainer to work with him on the sale of our old home and purchase of our new home.

Trust is vital in transactions such as this and Gary earned our trust through every stage of buying and selling our homes. He was very knowledgeable about the market and had us list competitively to sell in our timeline.

There was a moment when we were looking at a home and walking around with our small children. As my wife and I looked around we realized the kids were gone and so was Gary. We found them playing games and folding paper airplanes in the dinning room. It was a moving moment in how much he cared and how comfortable we were with him.

At every case of each process he was knowledgable and provided sound advice. He helped us answer easy and hard questions and got us in position to move deliberately through each step.

We ended up buying the "paper airplane house" and couldn't be happier with our decisions!
