Gary and his team were wonderful to work with. We listed our home for sale with Gary when the market started to cool and slow. However, Gary and his team took extra care and effort to ensure our home stayed at the top of all the search engines. We also had moved out of state and were concerned about leaving our home empty. But The Town Realty team took very good care of our home by visiting it often, making sure it stayed clean, that the lawn was mowed, and that there were no issues. They also had a team of contractors that made all necessary repairs in a timely and fairly priced manner. Gary was in constant communication with us, keeping us apprised of the market and recommending steps to get our home sold. We can’t recommend Gary and his team at Town Realty enough! There are lots of brokers out there, but Town Realty knows how to navigate this new market place in a professional manner while getting you the best deal possible. Do yourself a favor and call Gary first to sell your home.
