Hello, my name is Troy Hubbard. I am a wartime veteran with over 25 years in the real estate industry. I started as a Mortgage loan officer in 2005 and worked in that area for decades helping first time home buyers, military veterans and civilians qualify to get the funding for the homes they desired.

I also worked with investors, builders and fix and flip developers.
I acquired my California real estate license in 2021 because of this ever changing California market.

I began working on the agent side of the business and not just the funding. I learned that I enjoyed having a personal connection with my clients. Not only helping them to get a loan but to help them find their home. It's such a rewarding experience. They were no longer primarily names and numbers on paper but real people that I established a connection with and whom I wantex to work hard to help them meet their real estate needs.

I know what a challenge it is to buy a home in this ever growing competitive market. I help navigate my clients through the obstacle course of home buying and investing and make sure that they are prepared and ready to accomplish their specific goal.
