James was very helpful and knowledgeable; especially when helping my partner and I buy our 1st home. He took the time to listen to our wants and needs as first time home buyers. James was great with communication. He promptly answered calls or texts, keeping us informed about houses that we might like to see. He even made himself available for every showing that we wanted to go to. James also helped us visualize what potential a house can have with recommendations on how to fix things up. Overall, James made the whole looking and buying process very comfortable and stress free. 10/10 would recommend James to anyone looking to buy a home.
