So much of my experience had to be handled over the phone, vía text and email! James caught on very quickly and intuitively as to what I was looking for in a home, my major priorities, and my deal breakers . Due to my distance he pre-checked several lists of homes for me and helped me narrow down the ones to see in person. I trusted him with the process so effortlessly that I asked him to put an offer on a house based on his review, videos and communication with me as I was afraid the house would sell before I could come to town to see it! He never pressured me nor did I feel like I was being sold anything! He was available through every step of the process and was a dream for a first time and distant home buyer. Highly recommend!
