James and Gisella started with the pre-listing marketing, scheduling the listing, and moving right into a weekend of open house. That was followed by three more days of showings totaling over 70. We worked with the DellOmo Team on selling our family home. I can't say enough good things about the work that they did for us. Both James (Jim) and Gisella were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Their communication was top notch. We never had to worry about what was happening as they kept us in the loop every step of the way. From the minute we first met with them, they provided current detailed data on other homes that sold in the area and described how they would handle our listing going forward. Next we received a thorough analysis on the home we were about to sell and answered any questions or concerns we had. Jim and Gisella presented the listing through multiple MLS and social media sites and held a 2 day Open House. We had no worries about the home being left unkempt or unsecured afterwards!
