We couldn't speak more highly about Denise! From the moment we met her at the first house we clicked and she understood that we were looking for a feeling not just a house. At all points of the journey we felt like we had a friend to consult with not just a person to show us houses. We could call or text her at all times of the day and she responded quickly and effectively. Most importantly, we are very inquisitive people and wanted to understand the process of buying a home, she welcomed all our questions and took time to make sure we understood everything fully. Gaging price point of some of the homes we looked at was very hard for us, while we could have a gut feeling we could never be sure. Denise advised us on her gut instinct and then went home to run on the comps in order to back up what we discussed earlier.
