Hello folks, my name is Jeff Wright, and I am originally from Australia. I have been licensed in the USA for 10 years and have been involved with real estate for my entire career, which spans more than 40 years, including 20 years as a Sales Trainer. I possess excellent negotiation skills, and everything I do is for the benefit of my clients, whether I am listing your property or helping you find your dream home or investment property. I have experience on all sides of the real estate spectrum, as I own and manage several properties myself. If you call me and I don't answer, I am with a client or on the phone, but I will return your call as soon as possible. There is a significant amount of complacency in this industry that never ceases to amaze me. I used to tell my trainees that they are representing someone's property, and often that is their major asset, so they must stay on top of it at all times.
