Jeff was a bulldog for my property from the word go. Since I didn’t live in the same city as the home being sold he made the process 100% easier, assisting in ways that went far beyond the typical realtor/seller relationship. Within a small window of time he helped remove a difficult tenant, and then had the property cleaned and ready to list. Shortly after that we had multiple offers and ended up selling for a price above my expectation.

Jeff was a pleasure to work with. He texted and called with regular updates and let me know where we were every step of the way. Not only did he give me more time than I expected, but often would communicate just for a quick chat to discuss the project, and genuinely cared about the story behind the listing.

What can I say? I relocated from NY to Florida with no idea about the process of buying a home down here. A mutual friend of ours asked me if she could give Jeff my information when she learned that I was relocating to Florida. He reached out even before I made the move and was immediately working to find me the best fit home based on my criteria and budget. Although the area I was interested in was over an hour drive for Jeff, he made no qualms in traveling to meet with me to check out some homes we had picked out. Jeff was very personable and I felt comfortable with him right off the bat. He felt like more of a longtime friend or "buddy", someone I knew for years. And that is something I value in a situation like this. Let's be honest, he works in sales and sometimes customers grow weary and are on the defense because they fear they are being taken advantage of. Not with Jeff Wright, ladies and gentlemen. He gives you the comfort of being a teammate, and has your best interests and satisfaction in mind. His negotiation skills are second to none as well, as he was able to convince the other side to accept my offer hours later, even after they received another offer in cash. The process was smooth throughout, and I couldn't have been happier with my experience with Yellowtail and agent Jeff Wright. I had the pleasure of meeting Jeff through a mutual friend at an extremely tumultuous time in my life… I won’t get into details but I was in the process of completely rebuilding my entire life from the ground up.
