John and Pat LaDeur are the best. The client comes first. They are very knowlegable about local real estate. Many times throughout the buying process I asked them for their guidance. Their experience is impressive. They helped us sell my Mothers house as well as my Mother in-laws house. They told us how to stage the house to make it look best. When we got to the offer stage their input was invaluable. They guided us through the negotiation process on how much to counter offer. If we ever need to sell and buy again you can be sure they will be the first agents we will call.
