Katt is the best! I would recommend her every time. My husband and I started in April this year (2024) looking for a house. We lasted in this process 4 1/2 months, put 5 houses on offer and for various reasons like HOA ( mainly) and other things with the bank nothing could work out. It was a very frustrating and exhausting process, but Katt was always on top of everything, she always communicated with us on time, adjusted her schedule to ours to make everything work, even sometimes on holidays like the 4th of July she would take time out of her family time to go show us a house. She is a very trustworthy person, always on top of everything, very honest and down to earth.
