Kevin was our realtor for over a year and he never once stopped fighting for us, showing us houses, let us get discouraged, or leave us not understanding anything. Kevin broke down the home buying process from start to finish (we are first time homebuyers) and helped us with anything we didn’t understand. He led us to the houses we wanted, and also showed us some out of our comfort zone just to allow us to see the different styles of homes out there. He never pushed us where we didn’t want to go and was always literally just a phone call away. I can’t believe that the house buying process could be this enjoyable with a realtor. If you are looking for a house Kevin is the only person to show you. He has amazing knowledge about every neighborhood in the greater Boston area (you think that’s a joke but trust me - he’s got a family member that lives there). Morning noon and night Kevin was there to talk through something with us, show us a home, or answer our questions. His recommendations for the team to close were also the best. Look no further Kevin is the realtor you’ve been looking for. Kevin will be the only person who helps us buy and sell any houses in our future.

Kevin was fantastic to work with from the very beginning. He helped us find the exact home we were looking for, He went above and beyond to make sure he found out everything he could about our town, the community, the schools etc. He walked us through each step of the process and made us feel very comfortable asking any questions we had along the way. He made an exciting yet stressful time very easy to handle. He was easy to reach at all times. He responded immediately to emails and phone calls. He truly did everything in his power to make sure this experience was a pleasant one.. I would highly recommend Kevin Walsh as a realtor and wouldn't use anyone else if we decide to move in the future!

Kevin was my 2nd realtor the first one I started with I ended up firing as they didnt listen at all to anything I was looking for. My searches with Kevin took a bit over a year and even when I felt like giving up he was always there to not let me. He listened to everything I was looking for and got to know me on a more personal level to find me the best house! The wait really did pay off in the end! I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone looking or selling he really does go above and beyond in all aspects
