I've worked with Larry Klavitter now for over 3 years in multiple property transactions and the guy is the best... super dedicated, very thorough, the kind of guy that doesn't stop short on anything or neglects to cross T's or dot I's... It's always a pleasure to work with him, and I would recommend him to everyone. I actually do recommend him all the time to people that are looking for help with real estate. Honest, Hardworking, Knowledgeable and Dedicated are the words that come to mind if I were to describe Larry. He was my second realtor I used to sell my home, the first was not truthful. Larry is a SELLER, not a lister. My house was in the higher price point in m sub and was a challenge to sell. Larry utilizes his computer skills by doing reverse prospective searches. He searches the MLS for realtors whose clients are looking for a home similar to mine. He reached out to those realtors with all my homes information and was able initiate showings. Larry works to sell your home. He was prompt and present for all showings. I got 97% of my asking price of my home. The closing was quick and flawless. I would use him again in a heart-beat. My fiance and I bought our first home in 2014. Our realtor, Larry Klavitter went above and beyond for us! He asked the right questions to get a feel for what we were looking for, and sent us listings daily. He was always available when we wanted to look at a house, even if it was last minute! When we found the house we loved, He fought hard to get our offer approved (multiple offers were put in for this house).
