I decided to use Liz Kostroski as our broker, as she was the broker on the purchase of a previous home by my daughter. My daughter was very impressed and happy with the whole process that Liz guided them through. They were first time home buyers and needed some helpful experience. Also, the local knowledge of the area we were looking to buy in, was an important consideration.

Liz Kostroski was awesome to work with! She was always available on short notice AND weekends to show us houses! She is very knowledgeable on houses and what could be wrong with them and what is good aspects of the house. I would recommend Liz to anyone looking to purchase a house!
