Liz is amazing. I had been looking for a house for 3 years and all other realtors lost intrest after a while of not finding anything. But liz never did she knew what i liked with out me telling her. She got to really know me and my husband. I will forever use Liz

Liz Kozlowski was awesome and helping me find this place and answered all my questions. I felt very confident in her and I know she had my back. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends if they are looking for a place.

Liz was simply amazing. Liz was always Johnny on the spot with new listings and houses I may be interested in! For being a first time homebuyer with a lot of questions, Liz was able to answer or get me an answer same day! Liz was also super helpful in providing communication between myself and the sellers! Another great thing about Liz is she keeps you on track for closing by explaining what the next step is and making sure you complete those steps!! I don't think I could go with anyone else!

Liz takes the stress out of the home buying experience. Everyone warned me with the current market, I would be lucky to find a home, let alone my dream home. People said, don't even think about offering less than asking. Well, with Liz at the helm, both seller and I were thrilled with the outcome of this experience.

As a successful Agent, I know that Liz has many home buyers/sellers that she is working with at any given time. That being said, you would have thought I was her only buyer! She was so accessible, attentive and reassuring. I don't think the woman ever sleeps! She brings customer service to a whole new level. Every step of the way she was driving the process for a quick closing and nothing....NOTHING fell through the cracks. My offer was accepted June 10th and I closed on July 6th. Funny thing, if it wasn't for the holiday, we could have closed a week earlier because everything was done at that point!

Liz Kostroski is amazing! I'm so glad her name was passed along to us; Working with anyone else is unimaginable. She was ALWAYS available during the home buying process and answered all of our many questions. Liz always had our best interests at heart and made sure we ended up in our new home. If you're still not sold she's hilarious to boot!

Liz was extremely helpful throughout our whole experience. We could always count on her to get us in to see a property immediately. She took so much time with us and we can't express our appreciation enough! Whenever we needed her she was there. She even took time out of her vacation to stay in contact with us regarding our house sale! Nothing gets in her way when it comes to her client's needs. Her kin and caring personality puts her at a level of customer service that exceeds excellence! We love her and hope to work with her in the future!

Liz helped my fiancé and I look at over 20 different houses between Cottage Grove and Johnson Creek and was extremely helpful with every single one of those visits. It was quite the roller coaster ride that included multiple offers and two different accepted offers. In the end, we found the perfect house that was exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend Liz Kostroski to every one of that friends that is either selling or looking to buy. She is hands down one of the nicest people I have ever met and I look forward to using her again to buy a plot of land soon.
