Liz was the one and only real estate agent I talked to before deciding she was the one to help us with the purchase of our first home. She is extremely knowledgeable, and patient to answer any and all questions we had (there were a lot). Whether it was 7am or 10pm, Liz was available! She even made herself available for my calls when she was vacationing in the Dominican!
Liz took the stress out of a stressful house hunt. She payed attention to what we were looking for and made sure we didn't settle for something that we didn't fall in love with. When we found THE HOUSE, she fought for it! There's absolutely no way we'd be here if it wasn't for her! Liz, you are fantastic and I would never hesitate to send anyone in your direction.
Now on to the wedding planning ;)

I had seen Liz's name on the sign in front of the office several times for broker of the month. This impressed me that she had results. I was looking to get some feedback as to the value of my house and what was needed to make it marketable. Liz saw the house and had a buyer within 3 days.
She helped make the sale easier as the house I was selling was in my family for 90 years.

We had never met Liz before. The first time we met, Liz said she was an addict for her work. Boy howdy, is she ever! Liz was friendly, personable, sincere, honest, and down-to-earth. We'd have no problem recommending Liz to anyone looking to sell their home.

Liz Kostroski did an amazing job. She worked to make sure our needs and interests were represented. She understood the requirements of a Veteran's Administration Home Loan and made sure that the houses we looked at could meet those requirements. She was friendly and helpful the entire way. She also had access to a few houses as they hit the market, letting us get a jump on seeing them.

I would highly recommend Liz , she is a gem and a pleasure to work with!

To anyone looking for a real estate agent Liz Kostroski went above and beyond to find are dream home. We were not the easiest customers to please by far. She was very understanding of what we were looking for, and with us being truck drivers. She always fit us into her schedule, and always willing to help us understand better of the paperwork process of financing and closing.
