In early 2021, we met Marine Janikyan when we started to visit condos in LA with the purpose of buying a home. My wife and I were looking for a house for couple of months in 2020 when covid hit. We had very specific house requirements and it was getting really tough to find a home which meets them. One of our requirements was that house should be newly constructed with a specific front gate direction. This was a extremely rare to find in LA. Marine worked tirelessly to find a home which fulfill all our requirements. In some cases even if house met the requirements, there were other factors like distance to work or area which stopped us from proceeding. After couple of months we started to lose hope but Marine was very patient and continued to find new listings for us. Finally the day came and we got the perfect home we were looking for. As soon as we said yes, Marine was able to strike a deal with the seller quickly and got us in escrow within a week. She continued to guide us throughout the escrow process and even later if we had any questions. Marine is a great agent!
