Ms. Janikyan was a huge help to our family and supported my Mother-In-Law to move from one part of Los Angeles to a completely different area (essentially a different market). She searched tirelessly for the 'right' place, sending us multiple property listings each week and setting up viewings of anything that seemed even remotely reasonable. She was patient with my MIL, listening to her needs, and gained her trust, which was invaluable for us to get her what she needed and to move her over close to our side of town.
