From the first time I made contact with her she put my anxiety at ease and walked me through the entire buying and selling process. Maura gave great advice and pointers as we staged our home. She went Above and Beyond in advertising our open house, and was able to secure a deal in 48 hours. All of this was effortless for me and my husband. Maura took the time to get to know mine and my husband's wish list for a new home. She even got to know what my kids felt was important for our home and neighborhood. She stayed patient for over 10 months as we walked through countless houses and began to cross items off our wish list. Maura continuously reassured us that the perfect home was out there, even when we began to doubt our decision to move. After a long journey she was able to walk us through the dream home that we had been looking for! All of the little things that Maura and her team did made this process easier on us. Maura was the best!! She helped me thru a tough transition of downsizing from a home we have lived in for over 30 years, she ensured me it would all work out and she was very patient with me, and she was right, it all worked out. Maura was supportive and knowledgeable and while helping me sell and buy she was also helping my daughter buy and sell and my son buy his first home, I would not trust anyone else to help my kids.
