Michael Hamrac

I've worked with Michael Hamrac when he was the agent for the other side. During the time we went to see the home he had listed, he promised many things, including being able to use the land in the back of the home which looked to be amongst conservation.... however, soon after closing and him receiving his money he quickly changed his position and threatened to let the HOA know (who he is the board member for) that we had cleared away conservation land even though it was within the homes survey boundary. not someone who you should trust. I wouldn’t trust him with a candy bar, let alone the sell and purchase of my home. He is also the neighbor of the property we purchased and throughout the course of our ownership of our property, he consistently harassed us and used his power on the board of directors to influence HOA harassment tactics, including reporting to his friend in the hoa violations committee on things that would normally be oversights. Unprofessional to say the least.

My husband and I moved to Florida in August 2021. We were searching for a real estate agent that had many years experience under their belt. As newcomers to the area we were completely reliant on Michael's local knowledge and experience. He understood our availability, worked with our schedule and was extremely responsive to all forms of communication in a timely manner. Michael has a way of balancing professionalism with an easy good humor, just what we needed during what was an extremely stressful time in our lives. He also remained patient throughout our house hunting process, even when we changed our minds about location and our top "must haves" in our new home, there was never an iota of frustration from him. In the end we found the perfect house for us, we are beyond satisfied clients.

I would highly recommend Mike as he is not your typical realtor. He really cares about his clients and will do whatever is necessary to make sure the sale or purchase of your home goes as smoothly and quickly as possible. Mike listed our home and sold it within a month.

The most amazing experience!!!!
Michael Hamrac was a pleasure to have as our realtor. From the moment he contacted us to assist us with the purchase of our home he completely took charge of the whole process and made the experience free of stress for us. He negotiated the sales price for us to make sure we got the best deal possible. Michael was on top of every single thing. Even though he is very busy, he made us feel we were his only clients bc he was always available to answer any questions we had or to give us suggestions on how to do things. I can't say enough good things about working with Michael as our realtor, all I will say is that anyone wanting to do any real estate transaction should be working with him. He's completely amazing.
