I had the pleasure of working with Morgan on the purchase of my first home. She is everything anyone could ask for in a realtor: Patient, Knowledgeable, Professional, Responsive, Friendly and Available. She was always quick to answer my texts, e-mails and phone calls and a lot of times went out of her way to get me information that helped in my search. It took me nearly a year of working with her to find the right fit but she was patient the whole time and she was ALWAYS available to go see properties including going to see properties WITHIN HOURS of them being listed. Her swiftness in submitting an offer on a home paired with her excellent communication and negotiating skills allowed us to get a property that had higher offers than ours including cash offers. Above all she is a great person in general who is super nice, friendly and outgoing and I knew she always had my best interest in mind. I really enjoyed working with Morgan and I would highly recommend her.

Buying a home in Denver is notoriously difficult. My husband and I heard horror stories from friends, so we knew we needed a good agent. Morgan was AMAZING. Morgan was a superhero real estate agent for me and my family. She stuck with me for 2 years while my office contemplated a move to Boulder, and then helped us get the house we wanted after a marathon weekend of house hunting. Throughout it all she was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Any time she didn't know the answer to a question, she researched and dug until she could answer it with 100% certainty. She fought for us like crazy during the inspection phase of escrow (great negotiation skills!) and continued to be on point until we got the keys and even beyond.
She met inspectors while we were still in another state and even inspected the house when the owners departed. We could not have asked for a better real estate agent. Highly recommended!

My experience with Morgan was wonderful. She was knowledgeable about the buying process and was very available to meet with me to look at properties and answer questions I had. She was an amazing advocate for us throughout the buying process. She really fought for us and what we wanted. We found a house that we loved and she put an offer in immediately so that no one else could put an offer in on the property. She made the buying process stress-free and easy for us. She didn't put any pressure on us to move forward with anything, and made sure that we loved the house we bought! She was very timely with paperwork and gave great referrals for a mortgage company and inspector. I would highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs!
