A true second-generation Tampa native, Nidya was born and raised in Tampa, FL. She grew up attending elite private educational institutions finishing high school at the prestigious Academy of the Holy Names (2014) located on the infamous waterfront Bayshore Boulevard. She then achieved her bachelors degree from Florida State University in the state's capital, Tallahassee, majoring in criminology and communications. (2018) She then worked as an escrow for First American Title servicing consumers and clients internationally in their mortgage-related events.
Real Estate has become a part of Nidya's nature as she has developed a keen eye for luxury structures with an inner fire of passion for servicing her native territory. Nidya is able to assist clients at any phase of the home-buying process, from bank personnel with credit building to same-day offer acceptance.
