Patrick Cagney was the absolute best agent to sell my home. The property had some unusual features that I frankly thought would make it hard to sell. Patrick used tactics that did just the opposite. We had great open houses and individual showings leading to a sale. He was patient and understanding and managed to guide me in the right direction. His knowledge and business sense was invaluable.
