For this market and our needs (should we buy, should we wait, condo, single family, let’s wait, let’s build, etc etc etc) our final purchase checked all the boxes. Pat and his team were patient and willing to show us many houses within an hour of a phone call (as that’s how long they were on the market). From buying to selling I’m always referring the Cagney Team their knowledge of their trade and ease to work with. They are truly Great People and a Great Team!!!

The Cagney agency was very helpful, both in finding a house that met our needs, as well as well as selling our current home. Maura Cagney helped us negotiate the ability to rent our current house while waiting for our new house to be available.

Pat Cagney helped me with the sale of my property from the very first step through the end of closing. He was knowledgeable about every part of the process. As a first-time buyer, Patrick and the rest of the team at CBWS helped simply the homebuying process considerably and were fantastic to work with. Patrick was able to point out some potential concerns during our showings that I likely wouldn't have noticed on my own, and helped me save a decent amount when negotiating the sale price. One I could continue to maintain, and be independent for as long as possible. He helped me find the house I was looking for, my forever home.
