As a first time home buyer, I knew there was going to be alot to figure out, but it was way more than I expected. Luckily I had Philip Becker by my side, guiding me through everything. He took the time to explain every aspect of the purchasing/loan process, what to look for in homes, types of land, answered my calls when I needed him, and an overall knowlegable explanation of home buying. He answered every question I had and did an amazing job guiding me through the entire process. Philip went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend aquiring his services, you won't regret it!

I first worked with Philip back in 2013 when purchasing my first home and he made it such a seamless process. I knew with my next purchase I couldn't trust any one else other then Philip and look forward to working with him in the future.

In the beginning he met with us to discuss the factors of the house search that are importantly to us to understand the what and the how we wanted to do things.

After finding our house, he helped us negotiate to our highest satisfaction.
When we closed he arranged for the title company to work with my schedule - which we were able to get everything done 7am before my work. He texted us at 7am on that day in anticipation that the final signature could be intimidating to many new homebuyers - extremely thoughtful and anticipatory.
In addition his network of contractors that he had worked with for 10-15 years was helpful as they all had reliable track records. We found them all to perform high quality work.
