We have worked with Philip twice. Once, buying a house and then selling it. We can not praise Philip Becker enough. He was knowledgeable and communicated with us very well. A true professional! The staff that came out to take photos and video were polite and professional. They made the process very easy! Our overall experience was very stress free. We loved working with Philip. His marketing videos for each home they sell is the sole reason we chose him over the other realtors we knew. Him and his team did a bad ass job and he was extreamly through on how to prepare and what to expect. During the process of grading Philip and Becker Properties service post sale, I didn't see anything better than 'Excellent' for grading all the aspects of the sale of our home. So, had to click that. But, I clicked it a few times, just for good measure.

I'd say Philip exceeded expectations, but he didn't. I knew exactly what having him represent us in the sale of this home would yield. I expected a Grand Slam... And hit the seams off the ball.

Phillip responded to my first phone call quickly. He listened to our needs and guided us in the right direction. He was knowledgeable and exceptional in all areas. We felt like we were his number one priority. Phillip made the experience less stressful.

We knew we had the right guy as soon as we met him. Philip B.W. Becker let us know up front what we could expect from him and also what he would need from us. Seeing that our property was unusual, he did not make glib promises about its sale, but gave us realistic expectations. Philip's main advertising thrust was via the internet, the highlight of which was the outstanding video he and his team made for our house. Since we had been trying to sell our place for several years using a more print oriented realtor with no success, we were confident that his approach was better. When potential buyers appeared, Philip (and sometimes his excellent staff when he was unavailable) always showed up to make sure the property's best features were made known.

When it came time to negotiate, Philip was there to advise us and keep our eye on the ball. The final negotiation which led to the sale was very difficult and Philip (and his staff) did his job and a large part of the buyer's realtor's job in order to get us the sale. I know that the sale would not have gone through without Philip.

So, if you want a realtor that will go beyond all reasonable expectations to sale your house, pick Philip B.W. Becker.

Philip was AMAZING! He always went above and beyond, is very knowledgeable and helpful, and he's on your side whether you're the buyer, seller, or both. He and his team make the whole process appear easy and seamless. I highly recommend Philip.

Philip was incredibly prepared with his initial presentation. He had a precise and realistic plan on how to best showcase our property in order to achieve the buyers we were looking for. Additionally, he was honest in placing the sell price of our home. He was able to explain why the number he chose was going to be competitive while also being realistic.

My husband and I were not able to be physically present for our closing. Philip gave us three options on how we may close. We chose to give him power of attorney to finish out our closing documents. We truly appreciated that he gave us step-by-step instructions on how to proceed. In the end it was simple--but only because Philip made the process so streamlined.

Philip was excellent to work with. I think what made the process of selling our process easier is that he has a sense of humor and was able to be empathetic to our situation. Oftentimes, in the sales industry people are just out for your money and making the sale. This was not at all our experience. Philip and his team were considerate and took care of any details if we needed help.

He has had such great success in our neighborhood. Not a coincidence at all. He works hard at what he does and takes care of his clients. Excellent service.

Philip had exceptional knowledge of areas, communities, and builders, and he was easy to work with. We felt comfortable telling Philip exactly what we wanted and what we didn't like. He was able to point out items we should consider when we were touring homes, and he quickly adjusted our search criteria after seeing what we liked and disliked at just the first few homes. He walked us through every step of the process once we found a home, which was very comforting as we haven't been through the process in a long time. His responsiveness throughout the entire process kept us at ease.

We can't imagine what could have been better. Philip always pointed us in the right direction, and even when we went with a lender that wasn't "preferred," he worked with them and made sure we knew everything we needed to do and prepare for to keep the process moving as quickly as possible. It was all easier than expected, and we look forward to working with Philip in the future.
