Philip is extremely talented at what he does. He genuinely cares and enjoys his work. I learned so much from him during my first home buying experience. He was always available and willing to answer and explain any and everything! His assistant, Tona, is also very helpful and sweet. They made the process so much less stressful than I ever could have imagined! I will recommend Becker Properties to everyone I know and will absolutely use them again in the future.

I knew that when I was ready to start looking for my first home that my business would go to the one and only Philip!! I wanted to work with the best and I knew he had the tools and resources to answer Alllll of my crazy questions. I also knew that he would be willing to work with my schedule! He answered all of my questions with thorough answers and quickly!! I can't speak enough for the many ways he worked thru our "first home" angst time and time again!! Every time we lost an "offer" or the countless times we said "can we see it again? Can we see it at 730?! He always made it happen rain or shine :-). I have known Phillip for a long time. This was one of the reasons I chose to work with him the first time. Phil helped me find 3 rental properties before I decided to transition into homeownership. I was very scared about the process but he helped me through every step. When he wasn't avalible to help with something, his staff was knowledgeable and friendly and made me feel completely comfortable. He has since referred multiple companies for jobs around my house. With his help, I now have my perfect home!
