I help buyers and sellers across Central Texas, including Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Lake Travis, and the Hill Country. Most of my business is homes, high-rise condos, acreage, and new development.

Sellers hire me because I treat every listing like a launch. That means honest pricing based on what buyers are doing right now, professional photos and video, targeted social media, and direct outreach to the agents who have buyers. I’m known for selling homes that didn’t sell with another agent. Usually, the fix is better positioning and a pricing strategy that creates urgency.

For buyers, I do the homework before you write an offer. I look at comps, price history, how long the home has sat, and what the seller needs. Then we write a strong first offer that holds up and gets you the house without overpaying.
