I went through this incredibly LONG and in-depth process to purchase my first house. I was literally scared to take the chance. During the process I never thought I would see the day. Through the countless deadlines, amount of paperwork needed, and omg the finances involved I almost said to myself you can always wait until next year when you feel more comfortable.

Every time I tapped into this mental space my realtor Richard knocked me back sane and helped me keep my focus! Lord knows I appreciate you for that friend because WHEW I definitely wouldn’t have taken that amazing leap without you! It has been a journey but you made me feel at ease throughout it!

Richard was amazing. His attention to detail, his general concern for making sure that you are 100% satisfied. I loved how prompt and aggressive he was with the communication between me and the other party. I am very picky and can be a bit demanding but he was calm and patient the whole time and he really worked for me and not the other guys. I will always refer to him as well as referring anyone else in need of any type of real estate leasing or buying to him. We will be buying land together in the next 90 days.
