Sam is an outstanding agent. He was an agent from two of our friends and neighbors. Referrals are a BIG deal to us and we wanted to make sure we picked "the best" when we started our journey of home sale/purchasing. Sam took the complicated/challenging process of selling a home and buying a new home and made it simple to understand. As anyone who's been through the process knows it's not easy. Sam took ownership of the process items that we expected him to own. He advised us effectively on what we needed to do to sell our home quickly (we had a personal reason to move as quickly as possible). Sam helped us take our emotions out of the sale and gave us the real truth about what we needed to do in order to sell our house timely manner. He also gave up several weekends to help us find a home.
