Our old house was from the 1930's and was the childhood home of my wife (we bought the house from her mother). My Mother-In-Law wasn't the best at modern updating, so we were a little worried when we first started looking into selling. Sharon came in, thoroughly looked around the house, and told us exactly (given our budget) her suggestions for what we should do to get the most out of our house. She was spot on with her suggestions and we sold our house for $10,000 over what she suggested (even though what she suggested was $30,000 over what we were expecting). Every update Sharon recommended was spot on and I truly feel we wouldn't have been able to do it without her input.
