Shelby was great! Went out of her way to make things easy for us. Being out-of-state buyers, she made the whole process extremely easy. Far easier than we had anticipated. Did video walk throughs for us, sent videos of walk-thrus we couldn't attend. Gave us recommendations for other service providers that were great! Could not be happier!
