I don't usually write reviews, but Sherri was so awesome that I have to take the time to express how grateful we are for her assistance. Her professionalism and guidance throughout the sale process was exceptional. Right after listing our house the market stalled, and Sherri's understanding of the local market and overall expertise eventually lead to three different offers with the final one coming in at asking price. She is a consummate communicator, and we always knew what was going on even when there were challenges with the buyer's agent.
