Spencer is amazing at his job! Exit is very lucky to have someone who is so knowledgeable! He really does know everything real estate, and more. Spencer was always prompt responding to us, and sometimes he would call us with updates before we even had a chance to call him. He really treats you like you are his only client. He goes above and beyond to get you the house of your dreams. I would and have referred him to many!

Spencer provided a comprehensive real estate experience.

He was very knowledgeable of the market in which I purchased and also the type of home (log home). This was important when negotiating price and setting up inspections etc.

During the whole process, I had many questions (not all of them intelligent). Sometimes I called, sometimes I emailed, every question was met with a prompt response, and when necessary, prompt action. For example, when I wanted to set up a meetings with him, he did not offer appointments a week away, he let me know when he was available THAT DAY and had no problem working around my schedule. In some cases, I would be standing next to him within the hour!

If you are looking for a friendly, knowledgeable agent who is not afraid of hard work, there is no other person I would recommend than Spencer Fortwengler.
