I am an Austin native and real estate professional with 17 years of experience and more than 300 closed residential transactions throughout the Austin market. My extensive transaction history has given me a strong understanding of property valuation, neighborhood trends, comparable sales analysis, marketability, pricing strategy, and the factors that influence both current value and anticipated time on the market.

In addition to my real estate experience, I bring 25 years of corporate marketing and public relations experience. That background developed analytical, communication, research, and reporting skills that are particularly valuable in Broker Price Opinion assignments. I understand the importance of accuracy, attention to detail, thorough documentation, professional presentation, meeting deadlines, and providing objective conclusions that can be supported by market data.

Having been born and raised in Austin, I offer deep local knowledge that goes well beyond information available through automated valuation models or MLS statistics alone. I understand the nuances among Austin’s neighborhoods, submarkets, school districts, housing styles, redevelopment patterns, buyer preferences, and location-specific factors that can materially affect property values.

I hold an undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a graduate degree from American University in Washington, D.C. Extensive international travel has also broadened my perspective and strengthened my ability to work effectively with people from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds.
